zero-zero seat
An ejection seat capable of being operated safely at zero height and zero speed (i.e., the pilot can safely eject from a parked aircraft). However, any downward vector of the seat caused by the aircraft being in a descent at the moment of ejection will reduce the probability of a safe ejection.
